will all the apts, stores and garage, sidewalks and parking be handicap accessible?
The Storrs Center project, including the commercial spaces, residential units, parking facilities, and the streets and sidewalks, has been designed to meet the accessibility standards required by the ADA and applicable national and state code requirements.
All of the apartment units have been designed for compliance with the unique Connecticut standards for accessibility and adaptability as described in ICC/ANSI A117.
