• Start at the lively Town Square where you'll find wide lawns and neat walkways bordered by shops, outdoor cafés, offices, and a range of apartment types—all a short walk away from the University of Connecticut.

• The Market Square neighborhood is conveniently located across from Mansfield Town Hall. The neighborhood is being designed to meet daily needs of Mansfield residents and the UConn community. Of great excitement is a potential grocery store to be located within easy walking distance. Check back soon to learn more!

• The more intimate Village Street neighborhood serves as a transition between the Town and Market Square areas. Here you'll find smaller-scaled buildings with outdoor cafés and quaint shops lining the wide, landscaped sidewalks.

• The Residential Neighborhood will contain quiet streets lined with condominium homes and classic townhomes. In keeping with the latest sustainability practices, development is focused on a compact area, leaving tall trees and small streams along the periphery. Close, convenient, and complete.
